UNICA T at PL+S Guangzhou 2025

Florence, Italy 21st May 2025 - Powersoft will put the spotlight on UNICA T – the company’s cutting-edge new amplifier platform for the live touring market – at the upcoming PL+S trade show in Guangzhou 2025.

On stand A16 in Hall 5.2, Powersoft will introduce attendees to the capabilities of UNICA T, its first new amplifier platform for live sound since the launch of the celebrated T Series in 2021. PL+S Guangzhou 2025 will serve as the venue for the Chinese debut of both UNICA T and Nota – the ultra-compact Nota PoE amplifier unveiled at ISE in January – as well as celebrations marking the Italian firm’s 30th year in business.

Building on its recent success in the installation market, Powersoft returned to the touring segment with the launch of UNICA T, a touring-focused evolution of its acclaimed cloud-based UNICA platform. With its high channel count, advanced power-sharing architecture, and a class-leading power-to-size ratio, all within a rugged 1RU chassis, UNICA T is designed to meet the demands of today’s most challenging touring applications.

UNICA T enhances operational efficiency for rental and touring companies with features such as a front-panel interface tailored for fast adjustments in live environments, an intelligent ventilation system for optimal thermal performance in compact racks, and Powersoft’s unique Easy Swap system that allows users to replace units without complex reconfiguration. New mechanical and electrical innovations – including improved galvanic insulation and a patent-pending Phoenix connector fastening system – further cement UNICA T’s reputation as the new benchmark in touring amplification.

Alongside UNICA T, Powersoft will highlight Nota, an ultra-compact amplifier designed for fixed installations and AV/IT integration. Introduced at ISE 2025, Nota delivers 140W across two channels and supports both PoE/PoE+ and USB-C connectivity, making it ideal for commercial, conferencing and retrofit environments where space, simplicity and versatility are essential.

Prolight + Sound Guangzhou attendees are also invited to take part in Powersoft’s 30th anniversary celebrations, with booth A16 serving as a hub for industry professionals to join Powersoft staff to toast the company’s 30 years of technological innovation.
