Powersoft and K-array to co-exhibit at Innotrans 2026

Florence (Italy), 14th September 2026: Powersoft and K-array, the two leading Italian audio manufacturers, will share a stand at InnoTrans 2026, the international trade fair for transport technology, taking place in Berlin from 22nd – 25th September. The two brands will be present on Stand 870 in Hall 4.1 at Messe Berlin, each showcasing its own dedicated range of solutions for the transport sector.

Powersoft will feature its new ENEA PAVA system, a voice alarm platform certified to EN54-16, the European standard for Voice Alarm Control and Indication Equipment. Where many voice alarm systems are built primarily to meet that certification with audio quality a secondary concern, ENEA is designed to prioritise both. It offers full-fidelity sound for background music and everyday announcements, alongside certified emergency voice alarm messaging from the same system. It also works with Powersoft’s AnyMATEä technology, which monitors each loudspeaker and signal path remotely, allowing faults to be identified without the need for on-site checks. ENEA is well suited to stations and transport hubs where space is at a premium and simplicity of installation and maintenance is key.

K-array is set to present its solutions designed specifically for stations, platforms and other transport environments. The WALL line comprises wall-mounted line array loudspeakers for stations and concourses, with integrated 70V/100V transformers giving wide, controlled horizontal coverage in a discreet architectural design suited to enclosed public spaces. The POLE range is suited to outdoor environments. Its pole-mounted, IP66-rated loudspeakers are built with platforms and other exposed areas in mind, engineered for high speech intelligibility while limiting acoustic spill. The HORN line is a horn-loaded loudspeaker range for long-distance, high-power voice reproduction in acoustically demanding spaces such as tunnels. Lastly, the Prisma digital matrix is a processing and control platform combining DSP, audio routing and amplification with Dante networking, giving operators centralised control and set-up across the whole system.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to see a demonstration of K-array’s POLE822TG loudspeaker with Powersoft’s AnyMATE technology integrated, providing a practical look at how the two companies’ technologies can work together.

Commenting ahead of the show, Francesco Maffei, global sales director at K-array said: “We recognise that transportation environments demand more than just sound. They require communication that is clear, reliable and consistent. Our dedicated transportation solutions are designed to meet these specific challenges, combining intelligibility, seamless integration, network connectivity and long-term reliability to create audio infrastructures that keep people informed and spaces connected.”

Luca Giorgi, sales and new business development director at Powersoft, added: “Transport settings ask a lot of an audio system. It needs to have certified life-safety performance, but also sound quality that holds up to the rigours of tough indoor and outdoor environments and everyday use. ENEA is designed so that operators don’t have to choose between running background music and announcements as well as certified voice alarm from a single platform.

“Sharing a stand with K-array at InnoTrans allows us to showcase this alongside their dedicated transport solutions, each of us presenting what we do best. We look forward to connecting with existing and future customers in the transport space at the show.”

Powersoft and K-array will be on Stand 870, Hall 4.1 at InnoTrans 2026, running from 22nd – 25th September at Messe Berlin.
